The Olympiad competition has become the most prestigious Olympiad in the world since 1959. The Indonesian joined the competition in 1969 in Australia, but it did not produce maximum results. This was constrained in terms of knowledge – skills and also language. The participants did not have knowledge – skills that are High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and were also constrained by a lack of understanding of English.
